De qué se encarga
They open the door from WhatsApp. If they get locked out or a lock stops responding, DeNada unlocks it remotely (Nuki, SwitchBot or TTLock), sends the backup code, and only calls you if it really can’t. Access opens only after check-in is done.
WiFi, parking, check-out. Answered instantly from your house guide, in each guest’s language. It never makes things up about your place, and only passes you what it can’t handle.
On every checkout your cleaner gets the job, a door code that expires by itself, and confirms with photos when it’s done. If they go quiet, it moves to your backup.
Each guest’s ID is collected in the chat. The lead guest can register everyone or forward them a link. It all goes to Spain’s official SES system before check-in, with your own credentials.
A gas smell, a flood, a lockout. DeNada gives the guest the safety steps and alerts you straight away, even mid check-in. Nothing serious stays quiet.
Late checkouts, airport transfers, dinner bookings. Offered at the right time and booked with the local vendors you trust. You approve with one tap.

Preguntas
No. Todo ocurre en el WhatsApp que ya tienen. Sin app, sin cuenta, sin fricción.
No, they’re optional. DeNada works perfectly with a door code or a key box too. If you do want remote unlocking, we’ll recommend a lock and help you pair it.
Sí. DeNada presenta al sistema oficial español de registro de viajeros con tus propias credenciales. Te ayudamos a darte de alta durante la configuración.
No pasa nada. Conectar uno lo hace totalmente automático, pero también puedes añadir una reserva con un mensaje de WhatsApp y DeNada se encarga.
Your guest’s own. DeNada detects the language and replies naturally, so a French guest gets French and a German guest gets German.
It’s built short-term-rental-first, but the same assistant runs check-in, guest answers, cleaning and registration for aparthotels, hostels and small boutique hotels too. Anywhere guests arrive and need looking after.
It only answers from your house guide and never guesses about your property. Anything it can’t handle, or a real issue, it hands straight to you and relays your reply back to the guest.
Yes. Guest documents are used only for the legal registration. They are never sold or used for ads, and sensitive details like your door codes are kept out of the AI entirely.
